Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join the team. In this role, you will be supporting various construction projects by performing physical tasks, operating tools and equipment, and assisting skilled tradespeople. Your energy and attention to safety will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple aspects of construction. Pay is skill based. The more you learn the more you'll make. Starting 46-50 hours a week Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials for efficient workflow Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and mixers to support construction activities Perform heavy lifting of materials like shingles, lumber, drywall, and masonry units to facilitate construction tasks Execute framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, stucco application, and roofing tasks as directed by supervisors Assist with masonry work including bricklaying, tile laying, and stonework to enhance building durability and aesthetics Support renovation and restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new finishes Ensure all work complies with safety standards and maintains a clean, organized work environment Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems and building techniques such as plastering, caulking, flooring installation, and stud framing Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various construction scenarios Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working outdoors in different weather conditions Join our team if you're eager to build your career and skills.
