Mobile Home Installation Crew Member Company:

Based out of Streator, IL (Travel required across Illinois)

[Insert Hourly Rate, e.g., $18.00 - $24.00 / hour depending on experience] About SetCo SetCo is a family-owned, HUD-licensed, and state-certified manufactured home installation and construction business. We handle specialized site setups, concrete work, foundation retrofits, and structural leveling across Illinois. We take pride in quality workmanship and need hard-working, dependable team members who take pride in doing the job right.
Schedule Typical Work Week:
Monday through Thursday (4-day core schedule)
Fridays:
Occasional Fridays required depending on project timelines and weather Travel /
Overnights:
Overnight stays do happen and are required for out-of-town job sites (hotel and per diem provided)
What We're Looking For Construction Experience:
Must have a proven background in general construction, framing, concrete work, or mobile home installation.
Must Have Own Hand Tools:
Must show up with standard basic tools (tool belt, hammer, tape measure, speed square, impact driver/drill, utility knife, pliers, etc.).
Reliable Transportation:
Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver's license to arrive at the base shop/meeting site on time every morning.
Work Ethic & Physical Fitness:
Ability to work long days outdoors, perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), operate under crawlspaces, and work safely around machinery/hydraulic equipment.
Reliability:
Show up on time, take direction well, and keep a strong team-first attitude. Job Responsibilities Assisting with manufactured home setups, blocking, structural leveling, and ground anchor installations. Operating hand tools, power tools, hydraulic augers, and rigging equipment. Laying vapor barriers, installing perimeter skirting, and handling basic concrete/masonry touch-ups. Loading, unloading, and staging materials and equipment safely at job sites. Maintaining a clean and safe work zone.
