We are hiring for multiple field positions, including: Insulation Installer Spray Foam Installer Blown-In Cellulose Installer Roofing Laborer Roofing Foreman Construction Crew Leader What You'll Do Depending on your experience and position, you may: Install spray foam, blown-in cellulose, batt insulation, and related materials Work in attics, crawlspaces, walls, and other active jobsite areas Prep and protect job sites before work begins Air seal, organize materials, set up equipment, and keep work moving Assist with roofing tear-offs, loading materials, roof prep, cleanup, and general labor Lead crews, assign tasks, maintain pace, and keep quality high Follow work orders, safety procedures, and job scope instructions Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized Help complete jobs on time and to a high standard What We Need Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, on ladders, and on roofs Comfortable working in heat, tight spaces, and active construction environments Able to lift and carry materials, equipment, and tools throughout the day Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Able to follow instructions, work with a team, and stay productive Ready for hands-on field work Preferred Experience Insulation installation Spray foam or blown-in cellulose work Roofing labor, tear-off, cleanup, or shingle work Crew leadership or foreman experience General construction, drywall, or labor experience Bilingual English/Spanish Pay & Growth $19-$35 per hour depending on experience W-2 or 1099 depending on role and fit Year-round work Opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles for dependable long-term team members How to Apply Apply on Indeed or contact us directly:
