Send job Job Details Are you ready to make an impact? West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join the Healthcare Practice team. As a Consultant, you will be an integral part of teams that identify, shape, and deliver high-value transformation programs to address our clients' most complex strategic and operational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across both health plans and dental plans , delivering business and technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Responsibilities Client Delivery:

Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functions Partner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectives Facilitate client workshops to envision the future state of the healthcare industry and translate insights into business process designs and requirements Support detailed requirements gathering and documentation Lead package and solution evaluations aligned to industry leading practices within the healthcare ecosystem Interface with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations and internal teams

Project Management:

Develop client-ready communications to support decision-making, communicate project status, mitigate risks, and resolve issues Contribute to the development of key project deliverables including project plans, implementation plans, communication strategies, and financial models Partner with engagement leadership to proactively identify and mitigate project risks Collaborate with West Monroe and client team members to build and sustain high-performing, integrated project teams

Business and Practice Development:

Support business development efforts through contributions to proposals, project approaches, and client presentations Contribute to practice development by helping build tools, methodologies, and reusable assets that enhance delivery quality and consistency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 2-6 years of experience working in a team-based consulting environment and directly with external clients, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry operations Experience in at least one of the following areas: organizational transformation, process improvement, product development, or managing teams and workstreams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and sound judgment Experience working collaboratively on large-scale initiatives Strong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior and executive-level stakeholders Demonstrated presentation and business development skills, including supporting the sales process Experience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimates Strong project management and leadership capabilities to drive concurrent initiatives Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships Ability to travel to client-site 30-50% A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectives Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
