Duties Assist with excavation and structural setup for pool installations using hand tools and power tools Support the installation of plumbing and pool equipment in accordance with technical drawings and safety protocols Operate heavy equipment such as mini-excavators or skid steers safely to facilitate site preparation and material movement Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures aligning with project plans Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering strictly to safety procedures at all times Using a shovel, come along, spade, hammer, tape measure. Walking around a construction site, maneuvering uneven ground, working around excavated areas, working in the mud, getting in and out of an excavated area. Supporting the maintenance side of pools as well. Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on outdoor hardscaping or pool installation projects is highly preferred Familiarity with building construction methods including framing, caulking, and restoration work Hands-on experience operating power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment in outdoor environments Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence on construction sites Join us in shaping beautiful outdoor spaces!
