If you can confidently run a drill and lead your crew without being micromanaged, we want to talk. What You'll Be Doing Assist with installation of underground utilities including fiber optic and coax systems Work alongside operators on directional drilling (HDD), trenching, and plowing crews Perform general labor duties: digging, hand tools, job site setup/cleanup Support safe excavation practices and utility locating efforts What We Offer $30 per hour (based on experience) Full-time W2 position Health benefits Overtime opportunities Year-round work Modern, well-maintained Vermeer equipment Why ACT?
