Full-time, In-person Kids Urgent Care is a practice owned and operated by mothers who understand that when a child is sick, every minute counts. Our board-certified pediatricians treat acute illnesses and injuries on-site, saving families the stress of a crowded ER. With a state-of-the-art X-ray bay and on-site lab, we provide fast, high-quality care for patients from birth up to 22 years of age. The Role Are you an RN, Medical Assistant, or X-ray Technician looking to transition into a leadership role? We are seeking a Practice Manager who is ready to "roll up their sleeves" and oversee the daily operations of our clinic. Candidates with a background as a nurse, medical assistant, or x-ray technician are encouraged to apply. Your technical expertise and clinical versatility will help ensure our team provides the efficient, high-standard care our families expect.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and professional environment.

Scheduling:

Oversee staff and clinician scheduling using the When I Work platform.

Clinical Support:

Help support clinicians with medical charting of electronic health records using the Athena system to delivery the highest quality care.

Inventory:

Medication and supplies oversight

Oversight:

Supervise bill submissions and coordinate with the accounting staff.

Qualifications & Requirements Clinical Background:

Experience as an RN, MA, or X-ray Technician (with MA experience).

Management Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role (Required).

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Athena Health (EMR) and billing systems is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

High emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Location:
