Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Cash Pay Day Laborer to join our dynamic home restoration team. Duties Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently Support erosion control measures and ensure proper implementation on site Operate power tools and basic equipment while adhering to safety regulations and proper maintenance procedures Follow all workplace safety protocols, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection, climbing safety, and industrial construction regulations Aid in equipment repair and maintenance as needed to ensure operational readiness Participate in site cleanup, material staging, and debris removal to maintain a safe and organized work environment Experience Prior experience in industrial or construction environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of erosion control techniques and heavy lifting procedures enhances your candidacy Understanding of workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards and respiratory protection protocols, is highly valued Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as climbing, lifting heavy objects, and working at heights consistently over long periods Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair can be advantageous for supporting site operations Join us in building something great!
