Landscape Construction Crew Member The right person for this role: Takes pride in being a craftsman Enjoys solving problems and figuring things out in the field Leads others with clarity and respect Wants to grow personally and professionally Cares about building projects the right way Preferred qualifications include: Landscape or hardscape construction experience Understanding of paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor structures Experience with landscape construction tools and equipment Ability to read and execute design plans Must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs regularly. A positive attitude and a desire to work outside.

Responsibilities :

Follow direction of the Landscape Foreman Be willing to gain further knowledge of processes to better help the team operate efficiently as a whole. Be open to learning new methods to perform tasks Install and construct hardscape projects including but not limited to; paver patios, retaining walls, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, plantings, and landscape lighting. Read and interpret design plans and translate them into real spaces Communicate with the Project Manager about timelines, materials, and progress Ensure tools and materials are ready before heading to the job site Safely operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, concrete saws, and hand tools Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment

Information :

Tentative Starting Date 9/21/26. Initial assessment and experience qualifiers will determine starting pay. Extensive experience/knowledge in combination with design portfolio may be considered for a higher hourly rate or salaried position.
