Schedule:
Four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities as projects require Build More Than Projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee residential repair and remodeling projects from start to finish. When you join Cornerstone Construction & Maintenance, you'll enjoy: Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on demonstrated skill and experience Full-time W2 employment with year-round work. No 1099 contract work Two to three weeks of paid time off Four 10-hour workdays Monday through Thursday, giving you a three-day weekend most weeks Company take-home vehicle after successfully completing your introductory period, typically within 90 days to 6 months Aflac supplemental insurance available after 90 days Workers' compensation coverage

with company matching up to 3% Overtime opportunities as projects require Ongoing training and professional development What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, and that's what makes this role rewarding. You'll lead a crew of one to three team members while managing a variety of residential repair and remodeling projects. From diagnosing issues to completing repairs and keeping homeowners informed, you'll take ownership of each project from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading small crews on residential construction projects Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project Diagnosing repair issues and determining the best course of action Completing quality repairs across multiple trades Keeping projects on schedule while maintaining a safe, organized job site Mentoring less experienced team members and helping them develop their skills What Makes This Position Different We're not looking for someone who only hangs drywall or only builds decks. Our crews solve real problems for homeowners every day. One week you may be repairing a roof leak, reinforcing a crawlspace, rebuilding a deck, replacing flooring, repairing siding, or installing cabinetry. We enjoy the variety because every project presents a new challenge. If you take pride in figuring things out, doing the job right the first time, and leaving every homeowner confident they hired the right company, you'll fit in well here. What You'll Bring The strongest candidates have experience across several areas of residential construction, including: Roofing and flashing repairs Siding and exterior repairs Deck construction and repair Framing and structural repairs Drywall, flooring, and trim Tile and cabinetry Basic plumbing, including PEX, copper, and drain line repairs Basic electrical Basement and crawlspace repairs Waterproofing and drainage systems You don't need to be an expert in every trade. We're looking for someone with broad residential construction experience who enjoys learning, solving problems, and continually improving their craft.
