Heavy Equipment Operator / Pipe Layer / Construction Labor We're hiring for local construction work in the Kokomo area. This is hands-on outdoor work. Heavy equipment, pipe, and labor. Home at night. If you can run equipment, lay pipe, or do solid construction labor — and you don't mind work — we want to hear from you. Positions Heavy equipment operator Pipe layer Construction labor We will consider people who can do one role or a combination of all three. What You'll Be Doing Operating heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, skid steers, and similar) Laying pipe and assisting with underground utilities Performing general construction labor on local job sites Digging, grading, backfilling, and site work Working outdoors Helping keep the job moving safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Reliable transportation to local Kokomo-area job sites Ability to do physical outdoor work Willingness to work as part of a small crew Safety-minded and dependable Experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic matters Pluses Heavy equipment operating experience Pipe laying / underground utility experience Construction or excavation background Mechanical aptitude CDL or ability to haul equipment (not required) Who This Job Is For Like running equipment or working with pipe Can show up every day and work hard If you want office work or light duty, this is not the job.
