We focus on creating value to Property management and maintenance through innovative strategies, operational excellence, and strong tenant relationships. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and be adept at troubleshooting and repairing various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Fabricate and install components as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Operate and maintain logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of systems. Conduct residential painting as part of facility upkeep. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory. Qualifications Extensive maintenance knowledge and experience are required. The Regional Service Tech II must demonstrate strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires a highly motivated, dependable team player who is cost-conscious and capable of working independently across multiple properties. Candidates must have a strong understanding of service request processes and be skilled and efficient in diagnosing and completing complex maintenance repairs involving appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. Because this is a regional position, the Regional Service Tech II must be willing and able to travel between assigned properties, assist maintenance teams where needed, and provide technical support for complex service issues.Required:
HVAC Universal Certification.Preferred:
At least one year of Service Tech I experience or equivalent maintenance experience.Compensation & Benefits:
