Lebanon, IN About the Opportunity We are seeking motivated Construction Laborers to join a high-profile construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to grow their experience in the construction industry. You'll work alongside an experienced crew supporting concrete operations, site preparation, material handling, and general construction activities while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Assist with concrete pours, including moving and placing concrete using wheelbarrows and come-alongs Support foundation and concrete crews with setup, cleanup, and project completion activities Tear down concrete forms and safely remove construction materials Perform general jobsite cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Install, relocate, and remove jobsite signage as needed Remove debris, dust, and excess materials from work areas Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials throughout the site Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete daily tasks Follow all OSHA regulations, site safety requirements, and PPE guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in construction, concrete, demolition, general labor, landscaping, warehouse work, or other physically demanding environments preferred Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on workplace safety Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
