$18-$23 per hour, depending on experience Watson Construction & Design LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our growing construction crew. We specialize in custom outdoor living and landscape construction, so no two projects are exactly the same. Our work includes custom patios, paver installations, retaining walls, natural stone, decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and grill islands, landscape lighting, excavation, planting, grading, mulch and complete landscape renovations. We're looking for someone who wants to learn skilled construction and grow with a company long-term. What You'll Do Assist with excavation, grading and site preparation Help install pavers, natural stone and retaining walls Assist with deck and pergola construction Help install landscape lighting Assist with planting trees, shrubs and smaller plants Install mulch and perform finish landscaping Load, unload and organize materials Operate hand tools and construction equipment as skills develop Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow plans, measurements and instructions Work alongside experienced crew members to learn different areas of construction Help complete high-quality custom outdoor projects from start to finish What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability are more important.
