Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Equipment Operator/Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and processing scrap materials. Understanding metals is required. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as excavators, loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Operate various small hand tools for processing scrap materials Experience Prior experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, forklifts, or similar equipment is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of different metals General mechanical knowledge related to equipment and hand tools Construction site experience including general labor duties such as site prep, utility installation, or grading is advantageous.
