Job Description

Responsibilities Perform general labor duties as directed by the supervisor or foreman. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Assist skilled tradespeople and equipment operators as needed. Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly. Perform site cleanup, debris removal, sweeping, and general housekeeping. Set up and break down work areas, materials, and equipment. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or job-site hazards. Follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous construction, industrial, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, push, and pull as required. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation to assigned work locations. Ability to follow instructions and work safely around tools, equipment, and machinery. Willingness to work overtime or varying schedules when required. Safety Expectations The Laborer is responsible for following all SSL safety policies and job-site requirements. Employees must use required personal protective equipment, attend safety meetings, and immediately report hazards, incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
Pay:
$17.00 - $27.00 per hour
