Job Description

About the Role New View is hiring 2 Skilled Construction Laborers to join our team immediately. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and custom remodeling. We need self-motivated, detailed tradespeople who take pride in their craft, work efficiently, and can handle a wide variety of hands-on tasks from structure to final trim.
Key Responsibilities Finish Carpentry:
Trim, baseboards, crown molding, casing, interior/exterior door installations, and cabinetry fitting.
Framing & Structural Work:
Wall framing, headers, blocking, deck/porch structural builds, and subfloor repair or modification.
General Skilled Remodeling:
Drywall patching, light tile prep/installation, window replacements, siding repair, and hardware installation.
Jobsite Management:
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient worksite; communicate progress clearly with project leads and team members.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry, framing, or remodeling.
Core Skills:
Strong background in finish carpentry and structural framing is highly preferred.
Tools:
Basic hand tools and personal protective equipment (specialized/power tools provided as needed).
Transportation:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across the local area.
Work Ethic:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently or alongside a team.
