Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Crew Lead / Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on construction experience and will be able to work independently, keep the crew on task and step up to lead a job when the owner isnt on site.

Responsibilities:

Leading and working alongside a small Team Keeping the crew on task and making sure work gets done. Working on Full construction and remodeling projects. Helping with decks, framing, roofing, drywall, repairs, and other general construction Reading measurements and understanding the job you're working on Communicating with the owner about progress, materials and any problems What we're looking for: Someone who genuinely knows what they're doing Reliable and shows up ready to work Able to work without someone constantly standing over you giving instructions. Comfortable taking charge and keeping others on task. Leadership or Crew-Lead experience is a plus The biggest thing: We need someone we can trust to get on a job, know what needs to be done, and get it done without being told and watched over.

Experience Pay:

$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
