You'll help build and improve high-end residential landscapes through planting, hardscaping, mulching, grading, and detailed cleanup. Landscape construction or related trade experience is preferred, but dependable and coachable applicants willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Complete landscape installation and enhancement work Prepare beds and install plants, mulch, soil, sod, and seed Support grading, drainage, edging, excavation, and hardscape projects Safely use and care for tools and equipment Protect client property and maintain clean jobsites Follow project plans and daily direction Communicate job-site issues, material needs, and questions promptly Represent the company professionally with clients and neighbors Requirements Landscape construction or related experience preferred Equipment operating experience preferred, but not required Reliable attendance and transportation Ability to work outdoors and perform physical work Willingness to learn and follow directions Strong safety awareness and a coachable attitude Valid driver's license preferred Pay and Schedule $18-$26 per hour , based on experience and demonstrated skills Most candidates will start between $20-$22 per hour $500 sign-on bonus available after successful completion of the 90-day onboarding period Full-time, approximately 40-50 hours per week during the active season Paid training and opportunities to build broader landscape industry skills and knowledge Advancement opportunities based on performance About Harreld Lawn and Landscape We provide dependable, high-quality landscaping services to high-end residential clients in Zionsville and surrounding communities.
