Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Manual Laborer and welders, to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of the buildings. Your energetic approach and attention to safety will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, including framing, or welding Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling components Handle heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material transport Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Prior construction experience or hands-on outdoor work experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, and basic construction equipment operation Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus Ability to work safely in outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols at all times Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new trades and techniques Must have your own cordless drill and impact driver, along with the necessary batteries and charger This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
