$17.00 - $29.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Worker with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. Seamless Steel Siding Installer, Window and Door Installer are the positions we are hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are met, and contributing to the successful completion of building tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in a dynamic environment, supporting the development of residential remodeling. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and tools and equipment. Ex. Ladders and scaffolding. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with siding prep and installation Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Support the demolition, excavation, or finishing phases of construction projects as required Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or related field Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment Strong understanding of safety procedures and OSHA regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Reliable, punctual, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail This position is ideal for individuals committed to building excellence and seeking growth opportunities within the construction industry.
