Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of various construction tasks. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as concrete pouring, rebar installation, formwork construction, and masonry work Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like cutting, grinding, and assembling structural components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for installing flooring, tile laying, stucco application, and renovation projects Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for yourself and team members Support site cleanup, material handling, and the setup of scaffolding or formwork as needed Experience Previous experience working on construction projects or in a related laborer role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings is advantageous Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, concrete mixing/pumping, and masonry techniques will set you apart Understanding of construction workplace safety regulations is essential for maintaining a safe job site Experience with carpentry—including framing, trim carpentry, restoration work—and finishing tasks such as plastering or caulking is beneficial Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions is necessary Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in a supportive environment that values hard work and safety!
