Up to $24/hr We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit. The successful candidate will assist drill crews in the installation, maintenance, sampling, and abandonment of environmental monitoring wells used for regulatory and environmental assessment purposes. Daily responsibilities may include assisting drilling operations, installing and replacing 2x2 concrete well pads, purging and pumping wells manually or with electric pumps, collecting groundwater samples, repairing well casings, operating a bobcat/skid steer, transporting and disposing of drill cuttings and contaminated soils, and performing well abandonment procedures. Employees must maintain strict adherence to KDHE standards, perform equipment decontamination procedures, prevent cross-contamination between boreholes, and accurately document field activities using an iPad. The company provides work trucks, pays for hotel accommodations, and offers a $40/day per diem for overnight travel. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, traveling, and contributing to environmental investigation projects. Experience with hollow stem augers, drilling equipment, soil probing equipment, or environmental field services is highly desirable.
