In this role, you will be actively involved in installing, assembling, and maintaining various construction components on-site. Your hands-on work will contribute directly to the successful completion of projects that improve the quality of our clients lives. Responsibilities Assist in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and assembly. Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials and equipment safely and efficiently. Use power tools and equipment to install structures, fixtures, or systems according to project specifications. Conduct routine equipment repairs and maintenance to ensure safe operation of tools and machinery. Follow all workplace safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, climbing safety procedures, and general construction safety practices. Support the implementation of mechanical systems by understanding blueprint details and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. Requirements Previous experience in residential remodeling is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards for heavy lifting, respiratory protection, climbing, and equipment use. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is a plus. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety compliance and operational efficiency.
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
