Larry Bair Excavating is a third generation local KC area Civil Site-work Contractor looking for experienced help ! Our company provides a friendly and challenging work environment. Our employees deliver a superior service that our customers associate with our company name. Laborer / pipe layer, hiring for pipe crews, utilities for heavy construction capabilities with small and large equip and knowledge of grade stakes and grade checking a plus, pipe laying and heavy const knowledge a must. Pipe Crew operator : Operate Excavators, loaders, compaction equip in a safe manner, knowledge of , grade stakes for site utility work, storm , sewer and water, soil classifications, trench safety and shoring and benching a must.
Hourly Earnings:

The company's job description for a Laborer/ Pipelayer has certain essential requirements which include: The ability to climb ladders into and out of equipment, earthen pits and trenches; walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, lifting, and climbing; full range of motion and use of arms and legs. As a member of our team your responsibilities will include: Assisting in job site safety. Operating specialized construction equipment and vehicles, safely, productively, and according to company policy. Maintaining and submitting accurate paperwork (time cards, logbooks, receipts, etc.). Teaching others. Working safely.Minimum Qualifications :
Must be able to report to job site locations across the KC metro surrounding area daily. Must be able to pass a physical or DOT physical if part of CDL pool. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Able to work weekends, or OT as needed.Preferred Qualifications :
