As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various utility construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that require physical labor and teamwork. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are eager to learn, and are committed to maintaining safety standards on the job site. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. Help with the installation of conduit, fiber, and vaults Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with coworkers. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
