Key Responsibilities Site Preparation & Maintenance:

Clear work areas, dig trenches, set up scaffolding, and prep sites to ensure a safe, efficient workflow.

Material Handling:

Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment.

Tool Operation:

Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., jackhammers, drills, grinders, saws, and cement mixers).

Assisting Skilled Trades:

Work directly alongside carpenters, masons, and site foremen, learning the ropes and lending a hand on specialized tasks.

Safety Enforcement:

Transportation:
