In this role, you'll be actively involved in mowing, irrigation system installation, repair projects, and ongoing system troubleshooting. Your mechanical knowledge will contribute to delivering exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. This position offers a chance to develop your expertise in irrigation management, electrical diagnostics, and landscape care while working in a fast-paced, energetic setting that values teamwork and quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and power tools to maintain turf health and aesthetic appeal Assist with the installation of new irrigation systems, including trenching, excavation with excavators or hand tools, and connecting irrigation equipment Perform routine irrigation system maintenance and repair projects to ensure optimal operation of automated irrigation control systems Troubleshoot system issues by diagnosing electrical faults or mechanical failures using electrical diagnostics and system troubleshooting techniques Conduct irrigation management tasks such as adjusting sprinkler heads, calibrating controllers, and ensuring proper coverage for landscape areas Qualifications Mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools, hand tools, excavators, or similar construction equipment Prior experience with irrigation systems installation, maintenance, or repair projects is highly desirable Ability to perform physical tasks such as excavation work and landscape setup using hand tools or construction machinery Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients regarding irrigation management or landscape care needs Construction experience or familiarity with irrigation equipment and system components is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in landscape maintenance and irrigation management while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces.
