Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to build a career in outdoor construction and craftsmanship. This role focuses on installing high-end hardscape features like patios, fire pits, stonework, and outdoor living spaces. No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Hardscape or construction experience preferred. You'll work alongside a skilled crew and be trained to build projects to the highest industry standards.
THE WORK
Build high-quality, creative projects Construct hardscape features according to plans, including fire pits, fireplaces, water features, pools, spas, raised beds, stone paths, and more Lay permeable and traditional pavers and patterned and irregular natural stone Build dry and masonry walls Provide general care, sealing, and maintenance of hardscapes On the job, with supervision: Assists in layouts and setting grades Installs pavers, stone, walls, steps, boulders, stepper, curbing to industry standards Responsible for working alongside a hardscape crew and under the direction of the foreman Aid in crew productivity and efficiency, coordinating, and installing projects Communicate with foreman with applicable information and site condition reports Learns to reads plans, measure from plans, lay out material, install material with the highest amount of quality to industry standards Snow removal when needed
THE SKILLS & CERTIFICATION
Proficient is using simple hand tools (shovel, spade, etc) and small equipment Can read various measuring devices Ability to operate all equipment, machinery, trucks and trailers in varying conditions Valid and clean driver's license Hardscape Construction Experience People Skills Hardscape Knowledge
BONUS SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS CMHA
certification Drystone or Masonry certified or other industry certifications Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety protocols Experience or certification in welding, construction, pool/spa, concrete, and/or mechanical work Bilingual in English and Spanish CDL (Commercial Drivers License)

PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS
Comfortable working outside for extended periods in various weather conditions Can lift 60+ pounds, enjoys working in all weather conditions, and do physical work all day; no physical limitations Can tolerate loud noises Can tolerate very hot or very cold temperatures
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
