Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment using manual tools or machinery Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and tools Support team members in completing construction or maintenance tasks as directed Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of work areas by disposing of debris and organizing supplies regularly Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals efficiently Skills Ability to perform physical tasks that require strength, stamina, and endurance Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the workday Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in manual labor roles (preferred) Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role We are a company that branches into many services (lawn care, landscaping, excavation, construction, etc.).
