Job Description
Fence Installer / General Laborer Thomas Fencing LLC Job Summary Thomas Fencing LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. As a Fence Installer/General Laborer, you will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of agricultural fencing. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and using hand and power tools to complete projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Install farm fencing Set fence posts using power equipment. Measure, cut, and assemble fencing materials according to project specifications. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the crew leader. Qualifications Ability to lift 50-100 pounds Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license is mandatory. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.
