Job Description
Labor Finders in Alexandria, LA is seeking dependable Construction Workers for bridge repair projects with an established local company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity, Monday through Friday on day shifts. Road and/or bridge repair experience is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain guardrail systems on bridge and roadway projects. Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Perform physical work including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors. Assist with traffic control and flagging as needed. Maintain a safe, clean job site and follow required PPE and safety procedures. Requirements Road, bridge, or general construction experience preferred; entry-level candidates age 18+ welcome. Basic math skills and ability to read and use a tape measure. Ability to follow directions, work safely, and work well with a crew. Willingness to travel Monday-Friday in company-provided vehicles to job sites. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
