Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to a variety of building projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in diverse construction techniques and tools will help bring complex projects to life, from initial framing to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy hands-on work that makes a tangible impact. This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for someone with hands-on construction experience who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working on roadway and heavy construction projects.
Work may include:
Cable barrier and highway safety system installation Concrete work, drilling and anchoring Installation of posts, hardware and related components Measuring, layout and basic plan reading Use of hand and power tools Loading, unloading and staging materials Working around construction equipment and active roadway projects General skilled construction duties as needed Ideal candidate: Previous construction experience required Able to work independently and as part of a crew Experienced with construction tools and equipment Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work Dependable and willing to travel to project locations as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must take jobsite safety seriously Preferred experience: Highway/road construction, cable barrier, guardrail, concrete, signs, equipment operation, welding and/or CDL. We are looking for someone who is above the general laborer level and can bring useful construction experience to the crew. Pay based on experience and skill level.
