About the Role We're looking for a Laborer that will be responsible for cleaning and preparing construction sites, supporting skilled trades, and assisting with the erection of structures and buildings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a team environment. Core Responsibilities Site Preparation and Cleanup Clean and prepare construction sites for daily activities. Unload and load materials, supplies, and mixed concrete. Maintain a safe and organized work area throughout the project. Trade Support Assist Carpenters, Operators, and other skilled workers as directed. Provide general labor support for construction activities across multiple trades. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project needs. Tools and Equipment Operation Operate jackhammers, earth tampers, and other hand or power tools under supervision. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order. Report damaged or unsafe equipment to supervisors immediately. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of general construction safety procedures. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions. 1-2 years of experience in construction or general labor. Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and equipment. OSHA 10 certification or willingness to complete training.
