We are looking for immediate hire for people who can start right away. You will be working for Breedlove Builders and Breedlove Landscapers doing both construction and landscaping. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape and construction crews to ensure efficient project execution Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and gardening to uphold aesthetic standards Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and effectively Install and repair irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and system functionality Identify plants accurately and manage pest control through pesticide application following safety protocols Execute hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and care to promote healthy growth while maintaining safety standards Perform at all phases of construction Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping projects Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized landscaping equipment Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and gardening techniques managing irrigation systems and troubleshooting related issues Construction experience Effective communication skills for supervising teams and coordinating with clients or project managers Join us in shaping vibrant landscapes that stand out!
