MULTI-TRADE CONSTRUCTION WORKER / HELPER

We are looking for motivated, dependable people who want to work, learn, and grow with our company. Our company handles a wide variety of construction, restoration, and skilled-trade work, so every day may be different. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn multiple trades instead of doing the same job every day. Types of work we perform include: HVAC installation, service, ductwork, and related work Interior and exterior painting Carpentry and general construction Electrical work Demolition and general labor Mold remediation Water extraction and water-damage restoration Drywall and repairs Property cleanup and restoration Remodeling and renovation work Various other residential and commercial construction projects Experience is a plus, but attitude and reliability are extremely important. We are willing to teach the right people. You do not need to know every trade. We are looking for workers who are willing to listen, learn, improve, and eventually become skilled at multiple types of work. We are looking for people who: Show up to work every day and on time Have a strong work ethic Are willing to learn new trades and skills Take pride in their work Can follow instructions Work well with a crew Are willing to work hard and stay productive Want to continuously improve Respect customers, coworkers, tools, and job sites Can handle physical construction work Are comfortable working indoors, outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, and other construction environments when required We are not looking for people who constantly call out, show up late, disappear from jobs, or have to be pushed all day to work. We want people who are hungry to learn and who want to become better at what they do. Pay:
