Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Construction Laborer to join a small property management team. Duties Assist with general construction and property maintenance tasks, including carpentry-related work Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Support ongoing projects by preparing materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting skilled tradespeople as required Take initiative to perform additional tasks when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork Contribute to the upkeep and improvement of properties through hands-on labor and basic carpentry skills Requirements Some knowledge of trades, especially carpentry, is preferred Reliable transportation to job sites is essential Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various construction tasks Ability to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols Strong work ethic with a team-oriented attitude Open to individuals currently involved in construction management or seeking entry into trade work This position provides a rewarding environment for those eager to develop their skills within the construction industry while enjoying a balanced work schedule.
