In person Job Overview Falcon General Contracting LLC is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Construction Helper to support construction crews with daily job-site activities. This role assists skilled workers, prepares materials and tools, maintains a clean work area, and helps keep projects moving safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crew members with daily tasks. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment. Prepare tools, materials, and work areas for construction activities. Assist with basic construction, demolition, installation, and repair tasks. Measure, cut, carry, and position materials as directed. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Operate basic hand and power tools under appropriate direction. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members. Help set up and remove temporary job-site equipment and materials. Identify and report unsafe conditions, damaged tools, or equipment concerns. Follow company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and job-site procedures. Support multiple construction tasks as assigned to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Previous construction, general labor, or trade-helper experience preferred. Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and job-site practices. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new construction skills and techniques. Ability to work outdoors and in varying job-site conditions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift materials throughout the workday. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
