• Dipierro Construction is a residential remodeling company that takes pride in quality work and treating our crew right. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working all-around helper to support our carpenters and keep our jobs and shop running smoothly.
• What You'll Do
• This is a hands-on, do-a-little-of-everything role.

No two days look exactly the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting carpenters on job sites — measuring, cutting, hauling material, demo, cleanup, and whatever the lead carpenter needs to keep the job moving
• Making material runs — picking up lumber, hardware, and supplies from suppliers and delivering them to job sites
• Keeping the shop organized — maintaining tools and equipment, stocking materials, keeping the workspace clean and safe
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Job site prep and daily cleanup
• Helping with dump runs and material disposal
• What We're Looking For
• Construction background — you've worked on job sites before and know your way around tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (you'll be making runs in company vehicles)
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Reliable — you show up on time, every day
• Self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it without being told twice
• Team player with a good attitude
• Basic carpentry skills a plus — we'll help you grow them
