You will assist with the excavation of earth and materials, supporting heavy equipment operators and ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Duties Support our excavation team with trenches, foundations, and grading surfaces according to project specifications. Help coordinate with equipment operators to ensure safe and efficient movement of earth and materials across the site. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and assisting with site layout tasks. Follow all safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and secure work environment. Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading supplies. Experience Prior experience working on excavation sites is highly preferred. Landscaping experience will also be acknowledged. Basic mechanical knowledge to understand equipment functions and troubleshooting. Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a team-oriented setting.
