Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer / Excavation Technician to travel to local job sites and perform manual excavation work. This role is highly physical and requires prior experience with hand digging and working in excavation environments. Key Responsibilities Travel to various local job sites as assigned Perform manual excavation using hand tools (shovels, picks, etc.) Dig holes and trenches according to project specifications Assist with locating and exposing underground utilities when needed Follow all safety procedures and site regulations Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Previous excavation or construction labor experience required Experience with hand digging and utility exposure preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different local sites Strong work ethic and dependability Basic understanding of job site safety practices Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Physically intensive role requiring strength and stamina
