Farm Construction Laborer We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Construction Laborer to join our team. This position involves a variety of hands-on construction, maintenance, and general labor work on farms and agricultural properties. Job Responsibilities Assist with construction and repair of farms, underground utlities , fencing, and other farm structures Perform general carpentry and construction-related tasks Assist with concrete work, excavation, grading, and site preparation Install and repair fencing, gates, posts, and agricultural structures Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed Load, unload, and move construction materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Perform general farm/property maintenance Work outdoors in various weather conditions The right worker can learn to run equipment if they desire. Qualifications Construction, carpentry, farming, or general labor experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be dependable and willing to work Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying construction materials Comfortable working outdoors Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew Experience operating skid steers, tractors, excavators, or other equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, is willing to learn, and takes pride in their work.
