The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the structural assembly, installation, and set up of spray booth units and finishing equipment, ventilation, lighting, and other necessary mechanical components. This role requires strong mechanical and technical aptitude; candidates must be capable of operating basic hand tools and equipment like air compressors, blowers, and ducting system as well as be comfortable performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues. Sheetmetal and ductwork experience is helpful. We're especially seeking a candidate who demonstrates initiative, can work both independently and as part of a team, possesses and proactive mindset and has the desire to learn and acquire new skills in the trade.
