Our services include marine construction, tug and barge operations, crane work, dredging, and heavy equipment operations. We are seeking a motivated Construction Field Crew Member who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to build a long-term career in marine construction. Position Summary The Construction Field Crew Member is responsible for constructing piers, staircases, floats, seawalls, bulkheads, and revetments, as well as operating boats, barges, trailers, boom trucks, and other heavy equipment as needed. This position plays a key role in completing projects safely, efficiently, and within budget while maintaining daily communication with the foreman and other crew members. Qualifications 1-2 years of carpentry experience required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. A Massachusetts Hoisting License is a plus. CDL Class A or CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement is a plus.
