Mowbray Waste & Recycling is seeking a reliable, hard‑working General Laborer to join our team in Raynham, MA. SCHEDULE

• 5‑day work week with rotating days off
• Saturday availability is required
• Sunday shifts scheduled on an as‑needed basis

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various physical labor tasks supporting daily recycling and waste‑management operations
• Safely lift, move, sort, and organize materials and equipment
• Assist with site cleanup, property maintenance, painting, sanding, and general upkeep
• Work collaboratively with team members and drivers to maintain a safe, efficient work environment
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or waste management is a plus
• Ability to meet physical demands: heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
