In this vital role, you will assist with a wide range of construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on every site. Your hands-on work will support skilled tradespeople and contribute directly to the successful completion of residential, commercial, or renovation projects. Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials using hand tools and power tools Perform heavy lifting of materials and other building components while maintaining proper safety protocols Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to accurately execute tasks such as metal stud framing, or tile laying Conduct site cleanup, organize tools and materials, and ensure compliance with construction workplace safety regulations at all times Support specialized tasks like caulking, plastering, flooring installation, or restoration work as needed on various projects Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working on construction projects Ability to read blueprint specifications and interpret technical drawings accurately Proficiency with hand tools, and power tools Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for all team members Experience in carpentry tasks such as trim carpentry or metal stud framing; knowledge of drywall finishing is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout long shifts Skilled in interpreting construction plans for renovation or restoration projects involving flooring or tile installation Join us in building something great!
