Job description The Outside Laborer role involves performing general labor tasks on residential and commercial properties, working actively outdoors, and contributing as part of a small team. This position requires reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic, with paid training provided to support your development within a team-oriented environment that offers growth opportunities. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites Travel daily with a small crew of 2-4 workers to different job locations Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Provide excellent customer service while on job sites Work outdoors and at heights as required Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in general labor Ability to work effectively in a team setting Awareness and adherence to safety protocols Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor tasks Reliable and punctual work ethic
