Construction Laborer - Concrete Finisher (Operator Experience Preferred) We are seeking a reliable, skilled Construction Laborer with strong concrete finishing experience to join our team. Candidates must be able to obtain a security-clearance badge for work on restricted federal sites and must be U.S. citizens, and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities:

Perform concrete finishing, including forming, pouring, leveling, and troweling Assist with site prep, demolition, and general labor tasks Operate skid steers, mini-excavators, or other equipment (preferred, not required) Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors

Requirements:

Proven concrete finishing experience Ability to obtain a security-clearance badge (background check required) U.S. citizenship (required for site access) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Operator experience a plus.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time. Competitive pay based on experience.
