Property Maintenance / Roofing / Finish Work Technician Small property management company looking for part-time help with commercial maintenance, roof repair, painting, drywall finishing, pressure washing, commercial cleaning, and remodel support. We are building a team focused on fluid-applied membrane roofing systems , including Sika 646 LO-VOC fiberglass-reinforced roofing systems , but we also handle many types of property management work.

Required experience:

Finish drywall Painting Working at heights Working on scaffolding We work from checklists and procedures. You must be able to follow the checklist, update job progress, document issues, and communicate clearly. This starts part-time, with the goal of moving toward full-time next year or possibly sooner, depending on planned tenant move-in cash flow and new work.
