The ideal candidate will assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with general construction duties, maintain a safe and organized job site, and be willing to learn new skills.

Duties:

Assist with general construction and site preparation Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment Operate basic hand and power tools as directed Clean and maintain work areas and equipment Dig, shovel, grade, and perform other physical labor as needed Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications:

Previous construction experience (1-3 years) Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be safety-conscious and dependable Proficiency in English for effective communication Familiarity with water and industrial process and controls systems Drivers License Education -
